Derrick's Birthday

It's time to catch up on my projects.  But, first, I must pay a belated homage to my fun (and sometimes sweet) son, Officer Derrick Salim Jaradi.  He turned 23 on April 15th and I still can't believe it!  Here are few highlights from an impromptu get together for his special day:

Love is fun to be around.  Shayla & Evelyn's love was fun to photograph.  I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with this couple and am honored that they allowed me to photograph their moments together.  Watching them smile at one another..you can't help but smile along with them.
